What is the HEROPLUS Program?
HeroPlus℠ was conceived by a combination of the successes in NJ LOSAP program and the request of Brokers and TPA’s to develop a program that could be used in other states.
The HeroPlus Program is a Length of Service Award Plan (LOSAP) designed specifically for emergency services volunteers, including volunteer firefighters and volunteer EMS workers.
